I made this yesterday, I loved it and so did the kids: I wanted to make something fast, so I used store bought pie crust and I added crust on the bottom and top. I used 4 cups of broth only because that's what I had, I don't think it was to thin or nothing, it was perfeckt, as long you let it simmer until thickened for about 15 just like the recipe...
