"We loved these potates. Do cut them smaller than one inch....I did simmer them in the pan on th top of the stove longer to speed up the process, because I was running behind, they were delicious....This is a fool proof recepie.""
"I followed LarryMcJ's review and suggestions and my husband and I thought it was worthy of 3 stars....actually the flavor was really great, I used Rockfish, but was disappointed in the fish not the flavor, the fish had lots of bones to the point of annoying. But knowing all that I would make it again.....""
"I changed this up a bit,to lessen the work, I used veggie stock (3 cubes to 3 cups water) onion, spices, 3 lg staks celery - whole and squash, garlic ina pressure cooker!! Cooked onhigh 8 mins. put ing. in batches in food prossesor to cream, added 1/2 n 1/2 and thinned it out with more sotck. will make ccroutons Absoluetly delicious, took about an hour total.
Reviewed Weekday Cassoulet
"Good but Definately NOT lo-fat! This is made with bacon grease, and that is what gives it the flavor, So make this lo-fat by draining off the grease and seasoning it with less thyme and I would use Basil, pettite diced tomatoes at the first baking time. The beans add great flavor and texture. This was alot of work, not sure I woudl do it agian.
