Talk about an easy dish that is so tasteful my tastebuds were singing!!! I love the bold flavor of the mustard and the flakiness of the fish. I used a sea bass for the fish and I let it sit in the sauce for 30 minutes before I baked it. I couldn't find creme fraiche in the supermarket so I used heavy whipping cream which was just as good.
