Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Fish
"Talk about an easy dish that is so tasteful my tastebuds were singing!!! I love the bold flavor of the mustard and the flakiness of the fish. I used a sea bass for the fish and I let it sit in the sauce for 30 minutes before I baked it. I couldn't find creme fraiche in the supermarket so I used heavy whipping cream which was just as good. I can't wait to try this with chicken! Great for late nights at work when you don't want to cook for 2 hours when you get home.
