Reviewed Horseradish And Garlic Prime Rib

"AMAZING! Cut the salt down to 1/4 cup and used a garlic infused olive oil in place of regular. Cooked to 123 degrees and it was perfect. Was my first time making a prime rib and it was a definite hit.
