Reviewed Fresh Corn Tomato Salad
"This dish literally makes me smile! The second time, I kept the sweet corn raw and I think I might even like it a little better, and also noticed the corn tasts doesn't overpower the dish as much when saved for leftovers.
I find myself craving this all the time now."
Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Basil Dressing
"Great refreshing dish. Powerful flavors. Do not skip the fennel, it it sets the dish off! I followed the recipe exactly and found the dressing to be a tad salty. I think next time I'll make it skewer style. the sauce is very versatile. Yumm -- thx Giada!

About Me

Favorite Foods
I love cooking with fresh herbs, quality cheeses, fresh breads, etc. I think the ingredients are what make the dish. Lately, I'm obsessed with my food processor: hummus, rubs, fillings, salsa, pesto, oh my. I'm famous for my pie crust (thx gma), chilli, and homemade macaroni and cheese. My favorite restaurant is one that serves great sea food, especially scallops and lobster!
