"Great refreshing dish. Powerful flavors. Do not skip the fennel, it it sets the dish off! I followed the recipe exactly and found the dressing to be a tad salty. I think next time I'll make it skewer style. the sauce is very versatile. Yumm -- thx Giada!

I love cooking with fresh herbs, quality cheeses, fresh breads, etc. I think the ingredients are what make the dish. Lately, I'm obsessed with my food processor: hummus, rubs, fillings, salsa, pesto, oh my. I'm famous for my pie crust (thx gma), chilli, and homemade macaroni and cheese.
