"I have made this cake twice, wicked tastey!!! always a crowd pleaser. I follow the recipe in the Homecooking with Trisha Yearwood cookbook which is a layered cake and it is very moist. I cant wait to try it in a sheet cake because in is so moist it will be easier to serve, cant believe i didnt think to do that :)So excited to see one of my favorit"
About Me
I work for the Connecticut Association of Foster and Adoptive Parents. For fun I love to garden( flower and my husband does the veggies), walk the dogs, spend time with friends and family and of course prepare food for them.
Favorite Foods
I dont have a favorite food to cook, I like to try new things. I need to have a better system of remembering all my success's so I can make them again. I faithfully use the Rao's and Trisha Yearwood cookbooks and my husband Paul Prudhomme's and Tom Fritzmorris's cook books
