Reviewed Leonard's Barbeque Sweet Mustard Coleslaw

"I brought this to a dinner party and it was a hit! I cut the recipe in half and it still made a big bowl full. My husband never eats slaw and he loved it! Will be making this again."

Reviewed Hot Tamales

"No question you MUST use Masa Harina for the masa. This recipe is the closest I have ever seen to my own. A few differant spices, but all good. I always just wrap in the husks and fold. I can honestly say I have never bought a store bought tamale that I did not HATE! I also hate when resterants try to pass ground beef tamales Yuck.

Reviewed Emeril's Lasagna

"I was completely fooled by a family friend that claimed this was on old family recipe passed down for years. I thought it was wonderful. I had originally gone to the market and just bought what I thought would work for some of the ingredients. I cheeped out. When he arrived he went back to the store and bought the real stuff. A little expensive but totally worth it! My daughter finally told me that the recipe was Emeril's, it all made sense. I can't wait to make it for him and bust him out. Then I will probably do the same and make it and old family recipe. Thanks Emeril!!!!

Reviewed Red Meat Chili: Carne Chili Colorado

"I am a Cali girl who loves REAL Mexican cooking. If your not from the west you have never had the real thing. I am living in the south now and I have given up on Mexican food here. Pace Pacante is not Salsa!!!! Stay with your pizza, you can't handle flavor.
