This is an awesome recipe that I just cooked for the second time this weekend. I brined my turnkey breast for almost 24 hours in a large ziplock. When I cook this I place this on a cooling rack and let drip into the sink and do not dry the turkey. I love the smell and the flavor of the turkey! Makes a great turkey and bacon panini on sour dough...

Reviewed Uncle Wilson's Grilled Onions

Unfortunatley I have been unable to get Vidalia onions at our store so I have been using Walla Walla. I wrap them tightly and place them on our campfire and turn periodically and when they are getting done you can smell the aroma. We have tried these 3 times and our guests are eager to try them out! Great pairing with steaks!"
