Reviewed Turkey and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

I loved the recipe but I did make some changes to it. I have never eaten quinoa before so I used wild rice instead. I have also never eaten kale before so I used baby spinach. It came out really nice. Also by accident, I bought flaked parmesan but it worked. It made it a little cheesier, especially when I added it to the top crust."
