This was the best and easiest fried rice I have ever made-I chilled the rice before adding-that way it wouldn't be too mushy-this will definitely be one of our staples

We loved this dish but next time we will add the potatoes and simmer them with the Sauerkraut so they have more flavor and we will add more meat (because were meat lovers) Left out the juniper berries because I couldn't find them-but lots of flavor"
