"The shortcake recipe is perfect! I cut it in half to prevent left over's (which usually end up in my trash bin). After tasting it, I wish I had made the full recipe. "I can sum this potato salad up in one word...wonderful! I did not have capers so I substituted dill pickle. I also did not have access to a grill so I roasted the 1" potato pieces in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. They came out wonderfully (and tasty all by themselves). "I read about 20 reviews before deciding this was the recipe for me. I agree that the jalapeno is strong when making the sauce but by the time it cooks on the fish, it is very mild. My 2 year old daughter loved the fish. My husband grilled a small piece of salmon for her without the sauce and she wasn't interested...she wanted mine and ate...and"

"I didn't have fresh dill so I used dry. Had I used fresh dill the flavor would have probably been stronger. I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it worked out nicely. I enjoyed the mild flavor of the sherry. I agree with another reviewer that the sauce is runny. Next time I will use fresh dill and less stock. It is worth trying agai"

Reviewed Black Bean, Corn and Tomato Salad

"I made this salad for our Mother's Day BBQ yesterday. The family loved it including my two year old who previously would not touch a black bean. I ate the left overs for lunch today and the salad is just as delicious cold. My family also enjoyed trying jicama for the first time. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe. Yummy!"
