"Very tasty...wish I had read the reviews about the salt, it was a little salty. I did make some changes thought....I made the loaf with beef, chicken and turkey instead of the meats suggested. I also made the sauce with shallots instead of garlic. It was awesome!! I was even able to freeze it (it makes a big loaf) and have it the next week. I"
