Reviewed Veggie-Loaded Tangy Tuna Salad

Feb 7, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

Let me be the first to admit that I am not a fish eater, I tolerate tuna but only if it is disguised well. That said both my husband and I liked this recipe. I used standard light tuna in water, drained because that is what I have in the house. The crunch from the veggies was wonderful. I used fat free miracle whip(don't like regular mayo). N"

I was looking for a recipe to use up some leftover cornbread stuffing when I came across this. It sounded interesting so we tried it. My husband and I both loved this recipe.

I cooled mine on the counter and then transfered to the fridge. When I wanted to cut them...

This recipe was just WAY too sweet! I agree 3 cups of apple juice, you should probably see that coming, but it doesn't make it any more enjoyable. If I make this again, I will cut way back on the apple juice.""
