"My mom and I are suckers for anything with citrus, so I knew this would be a hit. She was a bit apprehensive about the cranberries (nobody in my family cares for them) but I was the cook for Thanksgiving so I did as I pleased. I'm so glad I made this! It was definitely the best turkey we've had so far and everyone enjoyed it. I'll definitely be making it again.

Side note: For the herbs I just mixed rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, a little bit of orange peel (comes in a jar) and a little poultry seasoning.
