Reviewed Chicken Sausage Rigatoni in a Spicy Vodka Sauce
"Sunny-girl, you have outdone yourself! I couldn't find chicken sausage but used a savory one from the butcher, and I used a bit smaller pasta, but this recipe turned out sooo FABULOUS! Of course I questioned the vodka, but I think it helps assimilate the cream and tomato elements? Served to company to RAVE REVIEWS!, but girl, you get all the credit -- it's a keeper! Thank you!
