Reviewed Pretty in Pink Strawberry Champagne Cupcakes
"Ok, after reading the other reviews I tweaked mine a bit and they were AMAZING! We used a Moscato champagne (its really sweet), pureed the strawberries in 1/4 cup of apple juice, put and extra 1/4 cup of the puree in the batter and only baked them for 18 min (toothpick came out clean).
Making these few adjustments made these cupcakes taste incredible and everyone enjoyed them.
The frosting needed no adjustment as the other reviews stated, it is yummy the way it is."
