AWESOME! Incredible balance of flavors between the saltiness of the fish sauce, citrus of the lime juice, freshness of the cilantro and heat of the sriracha. Beautiful color and texture. Would never have considered carrot and cucumber in a deviled egg but they are perfect. I will be throwing them into the "traditional" deviled eggs today ("
