Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
"These were awesome, I made them for a cookie exchange they were a hit! They are so light and fluffy and the lemon flavor is really there. The glaze was too thick so I just kept adding lemon juice until I got the right consistency but they are still going to be my go to cookie."
