My Activity

Reviewed Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

"Love the taste, not too keen on the consistency of the batter. When I put the cooled cookies into the cookie jar, they crumble; not sure what I am doing wrong. I have baked them longer which made it somewhat better but still an issue. I will have to keep tweaking the recipe, because they are very good."

Reviewed Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Sauce

"I made the cranberry sauce for my husband and child, since I typically do not eat it. I tried it just to see what all of the fuss was about, and it was excellent. Of course my husband and 2-year-old loved it! Thanks so much Aaron for sharing such a simple but delicious recipe!"

Reviewed English Toffee

"I was having a serious chocolate craving and did not want to take the time to make cookies or a cake. I remembered this recipe had chocolate, so I cued up the video and made it while watching it. Turned out great. Didn't wait for the chocolate to harden. Thanks for sharing!!"

Reviewed My Big, Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

"After reading lots of reviews about the cookie having a cake-like texture, I decided instead of forming the dough into cookie balls, I would just spread the batter out on the parchment paper as I would a sheetcake. After 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven, it looked like a big blob LOL, so I adjusted the oven temperature to 375 degrees and cooked for"

Reviewed Simple Perfect Enchiladas

"Excellent taste; tedious to make! My family absolutely loved this recipe. I will definitely make again, but will dread the dipping in the sauce part because it is messy. Thanks for sharing!"

Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake

"This recipe was awesome! I did, however, combine this recipe with Paula's other cheesecake recipe (Cousin Johnnie's Caramel Apple Cheesecake). The other recipe sounded like too much work, so I just used the filling portion of that recipe and used this recipe for everything else. The caramel/apple mixture that is placed into the crust carmalizes du"

Reviewed Special Fried Rice

"I thought the rice was bland, not sure why. I will definitely make again and try to modify it. The presentation was wonderful!"
