My Activity
Reviewed Shepherd's Pie
"I made this last night and we loved it! My husband's friend was over for dinner and both men really enjoyed the meatiness of the dish. I added garlic to the meat and potatoes for extra flavor. Easy, delicious, and hearty...great job Paula!
Reviewed Panettone Bread Pudding
"I absolutely LOVE Ina! Everything I cook from her is incredible!! I made this for Christmas and it was delicious. I served it heated with a splash of half and half on it. I followed another reviewers directions on changing the recipe to 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract (apparently that is the true recipe from the show, this recipe is wrong) and I added a teaspoon of orange zest.

Reviewed Old-Time Beef Stew
"I just made this stew for the first time, it was amazing! It's a cold winter night in San Diego and the aroma of the stew cooking warmed my heart. I added potatoes and Bisquick dumplings along with the carrots and celery. I also floured my meat before I browned it. I used water, not beef stock like others suggested, and it was incredibly flavorful. Because of the potatoes and floured meat I didn't need to thicken the stew with cornstarch. Enjoy!
