"the ingredients are first rate and it was very easy to make once the ingredients are assembled. The hardest part is slicing the tomatoes and roasting them for an hour, we modified the recipe to french bread because one of our family members can't eat the sourdough and we mixed the tomatoes in together when all the ingredients were tossed. this recipe also easily feeds double the number stated. 4 of us ate heartily and had at least a few more meals for each left over.
