I cooked this recepi yesterday for a small intimate christmas with my boyfriend. We both loved it. I used a 3.2 lb roast, and adjusted the cooking time and the amount of seasonings into half of what the instruction says. It turned out perfectly. At last stage(450F )though, I cooked about 30 min and it becaeme medium rare. You can adjust the timing...
