It's a rather typical dough recipe. It's the first dough recipe that uses yeast but no sugar for the yeast to feast on? It's rather difficult (if not impossible) to rise with the yeast consuming no sugar to produce CO2...which gives the dough its rise. Add about 1 tablespoon of sugar/honey and this will be a decent recipe.""
