Reviewed Onion and Pepper Smothered Round Steak

"This was fabulous, I have Celiac's so I substituted equivalent corn starch for the flour, and because my husband doesn't like bell peppers I didn't have them, so used Poblano peppers instead. Huge flavor. I didn't use the cayenne pepper, just left it to the Emeril's essences because I was using the poblano peppers. I also used beef broth, not chicken, chicken just didn't seem right to me. Reviewed Black Bean Soup

" I loved it followed to the tee because I didn't have the time to soak the beans first. I'm glad I did they had a nice firmness to them. All I did that was not posted and I always do for all soups is I turned off the heat and let it rest for 1/2 hour before eating. Cools it down and brings out the flavor. I don't know what the others did wrong that rated it lower I thought it was fabulous.
