BEST Gumbo every. Soooo flaverful. I am going to make it again this weekend. The only difference is when making the roux, I did it by itself and added it to the mixter later, I also added about a cup more of water and a cup of high quality rice and it was very filling. I also used two types of sausage and should have browned the sausage before "
