"Hands down, the most perfect Fall Holiday Dessert! I use scratch made gingerbread and follow the rest of the recipe to the letter. This dessert is always a crowd pleaser, and there is never any left; and I always make a double batch! Have had requests to make this for others for their holiday dessert! Thanks Paula, another HIT!!

"This is by far the best gingerbread recipe I have ever tried. Its not light and fluffy like the boxed type. This is truly dense, moist cake that is full of flavor. Not overly sweet, but the glaze balances the robust flavor of the cake well. I use this gingerbread recipe to make a pumpkin gingerbread trifle. Its a crowd favorite!
