About Me
I'm a retired police officer. Because I wake up in the morning and get paid to do it, my new title is househusband. I pretty much do everything except windows and baking. Can't bake to save my life. But, my wife bakes and her work is fantastic! I totally blame her for being overweight.
Favorite Foods
I can't yet say that I am a master of the grill, but I'm getting there. I have a smoker that saw much use this past summer. I can do beef brisket on the smoker that has the neighbors calling and asking what time is dinner?
