My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie

"This recipe is perfect. I just did a few things different. Added mushrooms, did not use the pearl onions, and used a store bought crust. I baked mine for only 35 minutes. I bought little baking dishes just for this recipe so I am so glad that it came out so well."

Reviewed Shells with Crispy Pancetta and Spinach

"Not sure why this recipe is only four stars. This dish tastes amazing! Only thing I changed was that the second time around, I made extra sauce. Doubled the recipe. I reserved some so that I could pour the sauce on top of the shells prior to serving. You can use a little more cream than the recipe called for if you want it a little more saucy""

Reviewed Penne in Almond Sauce

"Like it and will be making it again. I took the suggestion of another reviewer and sauteed some onions to add to it. I also had some sun dried tomatoes that I added as well and instead of peas added asperagus. Used an entire chicken and only one cup of almonds and only three garlic cloves. My adult husband and my adult child liked it, so it doesn't just appeal to children. I did not find the dish at all gritty like some others had mentioned. I am looking forward to tasting this tomorrow after all the flavors have had a little more time to meld.
