Reviewed Coconut Macaroons

"2nd time I've made this recipe. Unfortunately they pooled liquid again. I made sure to really beat the egg whites well. I gently folded them in. I even tried a little flour in half the batch, made no difference. They really are yummy but I just don't like how the cookie runs in the oven""

Reviewed Zucchini Bread

"Excellent, moist recipe with a crispy top. I've made it twice now, once just as written and once substituting 1 cup sugar & 1 cup brown sugar for the 3 cups sugar in the original, DO NOT change the recipe. There is no comparison. If you make the sugar substitution you will be sorry. I made these in 5 mini pans and was going to give them as gifts. Now I have to make them again because they're just not "special" with the lower sugar.
