Two very important things to remember about this recipe. 1 is that you only need about 1/2 pound of sausage, NOT TWO POUNDS. I threw the rest of the mixture out because you can't freeze the cheese spread. 2. is not to use frozen jalapenos. The frozen ones worked fine but were not as firm and needed two hands or a fork to eat them. Other than that...
