Reviewed Christmas Soup

"This soup is delicious! The first time I made it, I followed the directions exactly and soaked the beans, etc. It was great, but time consuming. The next time I made it, I used canned beans that I had rinsed. Just as yummy, with a much shorter prep time. It was a good way to get non-kale eaters to try it... and end up loving it!

Reviewed Quick and Spicy Tomato Soup

"Yummy! And super easy. I added some celery when I was chopping up the carrots and onions, and it was a nice addition. Used Barilla's marinara since I'd have to go all the way across town to get San Marzano. It was super tasty, so switching brands wasn't a big deal at all.

Took about 20 minutes in total to prepare and was really, really good. I'"

"I would love the cranberry and blackberry recipe as well. When we were watching the program my husband looked over at me when they talked about it and made the "can we have that" face? LOL
