Reviewed Broccoli Soup

My broccoli was a large organic bunch. Cut off the bottom 1/2 inch of the stalks, chopped the stalks and that was the main part of the broccoli that I used, only a few tops. All who tasted it raved. I will try it with the lighter milk next time but I know the recipe as is rocks!"
