My whole family LOVED it! the vael melts in your mouth and the risotto was so creamy. this recipe was so good my 10yr old daughter made the risotto. My only question is what should I do with the remains of the shank I didnt cook. My butcher sold me 2 shanks cut them and tied. bagged the top and end parts. Help:!
