Reviewed Smoked Turkey

Nov 19, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Made this last year for Thanksgiving. It was so good that I've managed to convince my mom to let us smoke the turkey this year at her house using this recipe again. The serrano pepper and cilantro give a nice bit of bite to the dish but there's enough sweetness between the sugar and the honey that it isn't overly...

Reviewed Sauteed Cannellini Beans

Feb 1, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I cooked up a pot of beans on Sunday morning specifically for this recipe. The store I did my shopping at on Saturday didn't carry dried cannellini beans, so I used great northern beans (1 lb package produced about 5 cups of cooked beans btw) instead. I also forgot to buy the herbs de provence so I used dried oregano. I was very impressed at how...
