I made a few modifications - used aged sharp white cheddar (we are not a blue loving family) and substituted dried rosemary for fresh. If I made this again I would either use less rosemary, use fresh rosemary or strain the butter so the rosemary doesn't go in the potatoes. They were a little overwhelmed by the herb.
