Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops

I made this for Mother's Day and was totally successful. But I change the recipe a little bit I add shallots a just bit of white wine after taking pork chops away from the pan to start the sauce. Let them cook until translucent then add the chicken broth and then the rest of the ingredients to finish the sauce. It was really tasty it will also be "
