"Great recipe!!! Makes a super rich and moist brownie. I ended up substitituting unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 of the butter and they were still amazing. They were superb, but next time I might try lightening up a little more by reducing some of the sugar. "

"Amazing!!!!! Minor modifications. Swapped 1/2 of the oil for unsweetened apple sauce. Changed spices as follows: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground cloves. Flavor or of a pumpkin pie with a heck of a lot less work!!!! I made the bars only. Didn't even need a topping."

Reviewed Hot Artichoke-Spinach Dip

"Made this for Christmas Eve. It was very good. I liked the fact that it's healthier than the other spinach artichoke dips I've made. Next time I might add more chicken stock. However, because it was healthier, it stayed really thick. I would have liked it a little runnier so it would have been easier to get onto a cracker/chip.
