Great recipe!!! Makes a super rich and moist brownie. I ended up substitituting unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 of the butter and they were still amazing. They were superb, but next time I might try lightening up a little more by reducing some of the sugar. "

My first attempt at pizza dough and I was very pleased! It couldn't have been easier. I followed the recipe to a t, except I didn't have bread flour. I used regular flour and it still came out fantastic. I loved that I didn't have to proof the yeast first. My husband and kids loved it too. I'll be making this regularly!!!! "

I looked online for "healthful pumpkin muffins" and found this recipe. I used all purpose whole wheat flour instead of the whole grain pastry flour. I also upped the spices by adding a tsp of pumpkin pie spice. I was a little disappointed with the finished product. I liked the texture of the muffins. I felt like something was missing. 1) I th"

Reviewed Hot Artichoke-Spinach Dip

Dec 31, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Made this for Christmas Eve. It was very good. I liked the fact that it's healthier than the other spinach artichoke dips I've made. Next time I might add more chicken stock. However, because it was healthier, it stayed really thick. I would have liked it a little runnier so it would have been easier to get onto a cracker/chip.

Blondie should dye her roots! Made these for a party, nobody liked them. They came out perfectly, but they just weren't anything special. They weren't awful, but they weren't that great either. ""

Made this for New Year's eve. Had a sliver this morning while I was cutting it into squares and they were wonderful. Rich, dense, and that wonderful tangy cream cheese taste. I used low fat sour cream and neutchafel cheese and they were still perfect. A keeper.""

Made this for Thanksgiving. It was very easy to make. Everyone loved it. I loved it too, but it was sweeter than I expected. I I think I would have liked it a little more tart. Next year I'll try reducing the sugar and adding more cranberries. ""

Historically I am NOT a fan of pumpkin pie. Last year I watched Michele make this on Throwdown with Bobby Flay and I decided to make it for Thanksgiving. It was amazing!!! I used canned pumpkin (Michele uses fresh). Last year I noticed it didn't set as firmly as I wanted it to, so this year I reduced the heavy cream to 1 cup and it was perfec...

I saw this episode while I was jogging on my treadmill and thought it would be an easy, yummy soup. I've never made anything with swiss chard before, so I was glad to find that my grocery store carried it. This soup was delicious. Very flavorful and super easy to make. If I was to change anything I might increase the swiss chard, sausage and...
