Delicious! Even my kids love it. I do add twice as much pancetta and 3/4 cup of wine.

Best guacamole! Add some cilantro, red pepper flakes and a couple tablespoons of sour cream and it will be super guacamole!

Like some of the other reviews said, I doubled the garlic and carrots in the sauce. I added some Italian seasoning to the sauce too. This was an outstanding dish and pretty easy to make.

YUM!!!! I added the tomato paste in a little after the flour because I feel tomato paste needs to cook a bit. I also added the half and half after the stock. So good!

Reviewed Slow Cooker Chocolate Candy

Wonderful! I found the almond bark at Kroger in the baking section with the chocolate. It was the exact package she used in the show but it was labeled vanilla candy coating. I saw all the overcooking reviews when I started. I have an oval Crock Pot and I used the warm setting the whole time. 3 hours! My peanuts and chocolate were not burnt....

Absolutely wonderful!!! And it totally fit in an 8X8 pan. We went to Whole Foods and bought all the cheeses so it is a bit pricey. I noticed she used a spicy beer in the show. We couldn't find it so we bought an Amber Ale and chopped up a habanero and let it steep in the beer for a bit. When we were making the sauce, it smelled divine! Everyone...

This would get 5 stars but it took an hour and a half to make everything, including the salad. I'm usually not a Rachel fan but this looked too good. My kids says they don't like squash but I know better. The kids LOVED it! The whole family did. I told them afterwards it was squash."

Reviewed Beer Battered Onion Rings

Apr 20, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was so good!! Soaking them in the buttermilk really breaks the onions down and when you bite into it, the onion doesn't pull out because your bite didn't go through all the way. The batter is so crispy too. I needed to use more flour than the 2 cups in the recipe."

Reviewed Grilled Corn and Cheese Cakes

I saw this on TV today and ran out and bought the ingredients. I was already grilling some chicken for dinner and thought this would be so easy since I was already grilling. My little kids loved it even with the Creme Fraiche on it. Steamed some brocoli and it was a healthy meal. I did mix the olive oil and the remaining bread crumbs together "
