I just made this tonight. I skipped the thyme, and topped the finished wedges with a yogurt dill sauce. It was beautiful! I broiled the top slightly instead of flipping it. It came out perfectly!"

Just prepared this tonight. Delicious! I used a splash of lemon juice in place of the vinegar. I also used a little olive oil to loosen the mixture. It was very refreshing, a wonderful spring dish!"

Just made this tonight for the Superbowl. It was a big hit! To save a little money, I excluded the pork and used a 1lb of beef instead and left out the goat cheese. Like Madame Merlot said, they were a little doughy in the center, but I just put the rounds back in the oven for a few minutes and they were perfect.
