Reviewed Croque Madame Casserole
"my 17 y/o niece was visiting for a few days and wanted me to teach her some easy French inspired recipes. This was the one we chose to make together for lunch and everyone devoured it! LOVED it but... we don't care much for the taste of nutmeg so we left it out and put a teeny pinch of garlic along with some Hungarian paprika. We also used Farmers cheese mixed with swiss.
This is a good recipe to get a kid's feet wet before they move on to the more complicated Julia Child's recipes like my niece eventually wants to do! lol
