Reviewed Glazed Carrots

The ginger ale and chili powder gave the carrots a great flavor yet were subtle enough that the dish tasted like fresh carrots and not a sweet dessert.

I LOVE this recipe and it is great on lamb too. I have been cooking a lot for my parents lately because of an illness and my Mother HATES it because she is not fond of too much lemon. I think lemon is the key here - if you are not crazy about lemon with pork try Paula's herb pork tenderloin; otherwise enjoy. . "

Excellent - the only change I would make is to keep the sour cream on the side or use less. There were different opinions on the amount of sour cream; I thought it was too much - you need to find the right amount for your taste. "

Not the best dish I ever made and I wouldn't make it for company but what an enjoyable, easy weeknight meal. The flavors just pop and it is something different. I always use fresh ginger and I have sprinkled toasted coconut on the dish and/or served it over coconut infused rice - I loved it, my family is 50/50 on the coconut but try it if you li"

I did not love it, thought it was and bland yet heavy - the freshness of the ingredients did not come through. I often judge my dishes on how much everyone likes them. I made this for my parents and brothers family and they ate it but said it was just okay - I had a lot of left overs."

Good but you can make it better. Great basic recipe but it did not WOW me. As the other reviews state some garlic and white wine make this recipe a real winner - add these while making the sauce. If you are concerned about butter I have used Smart Beat or Benecoyl and it was still very good. No need for the last bit of butter. "

Great recipe. It is time consuming but make them often and you will learn you own short cuts - it is worth it. I have never used jarred salsa, I make pico instead which adds to the fresh taste of the fajitas. This is a versatile dish. I have omitted the chilies when kids are eating with us and it is still great (just put some hot sauce or jalap"

I think these are just okay but every time I make these people LOVE them and always ask for the recipe plus they are real easy to make.......therefore I have to give this 5 stars. "

Amazing! The only advice I can give is use a light marinara sauce. I made these one time with left over sauce that was cooked with meats and it took away from the dish. Another time I made these at someone elses house and the oven cooked these faster than mine so they overcooked, not that good."

it was okay, i found the sauce to be heavy and would prefer a lighter taste, otherwise they were great ans easy to make. i will try to find another sauce recipie or make up my own."

Reviewed Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala Sauce

Sep 11, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

It was really good but a bit heavy; I love marsala without the cheese sauce; definitely not worth the extra calories. I am giving it 4 stars because if you love richer foods and mascarpone than I would highly recommend this dish for you."

What I love about this appetizer is it is really delicious yet light enough for everyone to enjoy and still have room for the meal. The rolls do take some time so make extra for a yummy and healthy next day snack."
