My Activity

Reviewed Ground Chicken Tacos with Creamy Salsa

"Excellent - the only change I would make is to keep the sour cream on the side or use less. There were different opinions on the amount of sour cream; I thought it was too much - you need to find the right amount for your taste. "

Reviewed Mojito Chicken and Roasted Asparagus with Almonds

"Not the best dish I ever made and I wouldn't make it for company but what an enjoyable, easy weeknight meal. The flavors just pop and it is something different. I always use fresh ginger and I have sprinkled toasted coconut on the dish and/or served it over coconut infused rice - I loved it, my family is 50/50 on the coconut but try it if you li"

Reviewed Roman-Style Chicken

"I did not love it, thought it was and bland yet heavy - the freshness of the ingredients did not come through. I often judge my dishes on how much everyone likes them. I made this for my parents and brothers family and they ate it but said it was just okay - I had a lot of left overs."

Reviewed Chicken Piccata

"Good but you can make it better. Great basic recipe but it did not WOW me. As the other reviews state some garlic and white wine make this recipe a real winner - add these while making the sauce. If you are concerned about butter I have used Smart Beat or Benecoyl and it was still very good. No need for the last bit of butter. "

Reviewed Fajitas

"Great recipe. It is time consuming but make them often and you will learn you own short cuts - it is worth it. I have never used jarred salsa, I make pico instead which adds to the fresh taste of the fajitas. This is a versatile dish. I have omitted the chilies when kids are eating with us and it is still great (just put some hot sauce or jalap"

Reviewed Lemon Blossoms

"I think these are just okay but every time I make these people LOVE them and always ask for the recipe plus they are real easy to make.......therefore I have to give this 5 stars. "

Reviewed Lasagna Rolls

"Amazing! The only advice I can give is use a light marinara sauce. I made these one time with left over sauce that was cooked with meats and it took away from the dish. Another time I made these at someone elses house and the oven cooked these faster than mine so they overcooked, not that good."

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas

"it was okay, i found the sauce to be heavy and would prefer a lighter taste, otherwise they were great ans easy to make. i will try to find another sauce recipie or make up my own."
