"These sandwiches made for a fantastic quick dinner. The shrimp had such a great flavor, with just the right amount of heat. I didn't have time to prepare the shrimp according to the recipe, but instead used some very small pre-cooked shrimp...it still came out tasting amazing! My family usually don't like onions, but they gobbled down that onion jelly without question! It was absolutely delicious and really topped off the sandwich.
