Great recipe, very delicious, but I think it's important to note that the granola will NOT be dry after the baking time. It will not "dry" until it is removed from the oven and cools off. It definitely does NOT say to heat the mascarpone, it says to add some of the blackberry sauce into the mascarpone then "put the SAUCE into a small saucepan over low heat". Though, if I read it quickly, I might have made the same mistake. Amazing recipe!!!
