I served this at my bunko party and it was a hit! I fried the tortillas early in the day and stored in an airtight container until ready to assemble the dish. I also made the chicken/zucchini mixture early. It was then quick to put together and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes."

The sauce was delicious (used ground lamb)! Didn't buy a hot salami, but added crushed red pepper to taste; was perfect. It took way longer than 10 minutes for the prep especially with grating the salami. I don't know that I would make the spaghetti again that way for an everyday meal. Definitely for company to "wow" them."

This was so delicious and easy to prepare! I like my pasta on the saucier side so I used a little less pasta. I would serve this to company but it is just as easily prepared on a busy weeknight!"
