Reviewed Janette's Peanut Brittle Pork Satay with Peanut Sauce

"Fan-tastic. I forgot the orange juice, used a hot curry, and did beef instead for the satay. and I reduced it for about half an hour to get the right consistancy. I also missed the hot sauce in the sauce and skipped the candy and pretzels. I reduced the sauce for half an hour and it was to die for. You could just make the satay and it would still be delish.
