"Looked GREAT! My wife makes an upside down apple pie (meaning she flips it over after it cools so that the top of the pie becomes the bottom) drenched in homemade caramel and sprinkled with mixed nuts. Yea it sounds (and tastes) like a caramel apple, but better)
Here's my point...Where can I get that fluted tall pie pan with the removeable bottom? We would like to try our recipe using it for Thanksgiving. The only ones we can find are short used mainly for tortes and the like. HELP!!!! p.s. You'll get the 5th star after I find the pie pan. ;)
