Reviewed Curry Chicken Pot Pie
"I love this recipe. A great weeknight dinner that is quick and easy to make (remember to thaw the puff pastry). I use fresh carrots instead of frozen and sauté them on the stove instead of roasting them in the oven. Just a personal preference. Also, I made this for 8 adults and there wasn't really enough. I would say this feeds 6 adults comfortably."
"Super delish! Everyone loved it. Will make again and again! Wouldn't change anything, except for it makes a ton. You could cut this in half and still have plenty."
