Reviewed Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

"The people who rated this poorly are not cooks It is creamy, and perfect.
1st, you MUST cook this on LOW, not high, not intermittent. If you do not cook it on low, you WILL scramble your eggs.
2nd, you make the sauce in a pan before you put it in the crock pot. whisk it all up scramble the egg before you add it, only melt the cheese, blend the rest on low or no heat. the add into the pot, then add the pasta. Stir it occasionally during the 3 hours.
3rd, do NOT over cook the pasta. It is going to cook for 3 hours. If you make it ready to eat before you add it to the crock pot you will end up with mush. Cook it 7-8 minutes, just tender, nothing more !
