Decided to make this for Thanksgiving this year. I couldn't find muscovado sugar at either of the 2 stores I went to, so just subbed in either light brown or dark brown sugar. Like enaile0670 I had problems with the egg wash and the crust, so definitely will skip that step next year. Pie tasted more gourmet than just using the recipe on the side...
