To Much Pepper, two tablespoons is way to much for this recipe. We liked it but had to strain it to get some of the pepper out.. Had to add some lemon juice to try and counter balance and it didn't help much.. Way to spicy for a bisque. I would add one teaspoon at a time not one table spoon.. This would have been a five star recipe if it didn't burn...
